Alfred made buying a vehicle so easy. We live far away and he answered all our questions over the phone and even sent us some videos of the trucks we wanted to see. Once we got there he was so easy to talk to, showed us all the trucks we wanted to see, asked what was important to us and helped us find the exact truck we wanted. The process was so nice and smooth. We got there pretty late and truly appreciate Alfred and Mark in finance staying late so we could drive out with our new truck that day.
