The dealership is spacious with a nice layout. There were several pre -owned vehicles available. The staff were courteous & friendly. Lewis Bass was our facilitator/ rep ; I had called earlier to make an appointment to look at a unit. He greeted us warmly and was attentive to our interest, and he had keys in hand. He was handy in explaining the controls, and we appreciated his “take your time” approach in reviewing the vehicle. Also, he understood if it’s not a comfortable fit, The vehicle was not a comfortable fit and did offer an alternative. I decided to pass on both and wait to purchase as I’m not in a “have to” situation. Lewis understood this, and I will be contacting him first when I have the need to purchase.
