Good guy to deal with.

Good guy to deal with. None of the typical dealership games, just straightforward honest dealing. Great car buying experience and happy with the deal I got on my new Ford Maverick!

The vehicle was exactly as advertised.

The vehicle was exactly as advertised. The salesman, Lewis Bass, was courteous, prompt, easy to work with and was able to answer all of my questions. It was a rare car buying experience for me to make a deal on the first car I looked at and first dealership I visited. So we were very pleased.

My experience with 5 Star Ford Richland Hills was great. Alfred El-Darazi was phenomenal!!! I would go back to him over and over and over again for business. His energy, his vibe and hard work did not go unnoticed. He worked for weeks trying to find me a car that fits my situation. I was able to get the SUV is wanted within the price range I wanted and the monthly payments at what I needed. Then Tut Edwards was hilarious. He provided me with good laughs and good stories. A dealership I can come too for all my future vehicles. Absolutely great job you guys!!!

By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had.

By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had. Single mom in desperate need of a car new to TX. Was told the car was available and was told to fill out the application online, once the application was approved I told the car was not available, that should have been checked before I did the application. Later on in the day I receive a call that the vehicle was available. Came to look at the vehicle like the vehicle purchase it first day air conditioning was works, week later it doesn’t, brakes are squeaking. Tut Edwards the finance manager was unprofessional as xxxx he wanted me to do my transaction in the waiting area. I don’t care if you’re buying a new car or an old car, if you spending $40, $400, $4000 or 40,000 you treat every one the same. I felt very disrespected because I was purchasing a used vehicle. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. If they had 0 stars I would give it to them. I spoke with Jeff the manager and explained to him and explained to him that I wasn’t shown nothing about the vehicle I was provided a valet key. Jeff admitted that I was treated wrong and said he will give me a call back at 10 am. Jeff did call back and 10 am just to tell me that there is nothing that they can do for me. I asked for corporate number and was giving the run around for over two and hours received multiple wrong numbers. I spent my money here and get treated like crap. Once again I would never do business

Stopped by Saturday to take a look at a couple of

Stopped by Saturday to take a look at a couple of different models that I had not seen in person. William was gracious, and I test drove both models knowing that was I not going to purchase that day, He was helpful in going over all the features, and explaining the different trim levels. After some research on the models, the following Tuesday i decided to move forward with a Bronco Sport. William made the process easy and simple. He started the process over the phone to expedite things, and i was in the dealership at 2PM and out by 3;15! Thanks to William for the kindness, and knowledge. He did not pressure me at any time to buy, which i truly appreciate.
