I went 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills to buy a 2nd car as a backup to my main one. I selected a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. After researching online for over a week, I went to see one that was very competitively priced based on features/year/miles vs other dealerships. And they still worked with me on the price. The process was very easy there and the sales person, Lewis Bass, was very knowledgeable with low pressure to put me in something was not comfortable in. I appreciate not have high pressure sales tactics. I would definitely recommend this dealership as I usually hate the car buying process. Thank you Lewis for making buying a car easy and pain free!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with William May (sales) and Elbert "Tut" Edwards (finance). I had a preconceived idea of what the buying process would be based on everything I've seen/heard online about how bad buying a new car is. I scheduled an appointment to look at a specific truck, but with my luck it had sold the day before. No problem, he already had another comparable truck ready to go when I got there. The sales process was unbelievably smooth. I had been preparing for a week expecting this to be a long and unbearable process, but I couldn't have been more wrong. It was quick, he was straightforward and actually worked with me and answered all my questions professionally. I would highly recommend William May to anyone looking for a new vehicle and a hassle-free buying experience. I didn't choose "Tut", but man are we lucky we got him. You should absolutely request him when you start the finance process. You can not go wrong with him. He made everything feel so laid back and comfortable. He gave us all the options but didn't push us or make us feel uncomfortable to say no when we didn't want certain options. Again, I had a preconceived idea of how the financing process was going to go and I was dreading every second of it. After it was all said and done, we couldn't have been happier with the entire process. I can't express anymore how great these two are on their own, but if you are lucky to get them both, then you are guaranteed to have a smooth and enjoyable buying process.
