Excellent, timely service. Accurate diagnosis of door locking issue. Replaced car battery, changed oil, rotated tires and completed complete engine diagnosis service. Provided transportation to and from dealership.

I brought my car in for a part replacement and to have some routine service. My service advisor Brett Sorensen was helpful, efficient, and understanding. He kept me informed, and understanding the time crunch I was in had everything ready to go both when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up. Derrick was also expedient in helping me when Brett was indisposed and I also have to give kudos to the consierge lady and to the service techs who made sure everything was done right.

Abby or Steve provided outstanding customer care. My experience was very positive. I wish I could give higher than 5 star rating! I would definitely recommend West Point Lincoln to anyone looking for a used vehicle

The service for repair was satisfactory. However when I got in my car it smelled like someone left their musky smelly socks it was awful. I have any had that experience.
