Duron did a fantastic job as my service advisor.

Duron did a fantastic job as my service advisor. He found another camera and had it put in Navigator in working order. The dealership doesn’t provide a loaner car and will take 2-3 days to evaluate my cruise control. Then tell me how long it would take to repair it. That is unprofessional. I would hope that West Point hire more qualified technicians. Hire somebody to answer customer service dept. return calls quickly.

Will do anything to avoid servicing your car especially

Will do anything to avoid servicing your car especially if still under warranty. Ran one test and then tried to gaslight me about the issue, telling me my car was find and I just do not drive enough miles. Once I pressed the issue, being told multiple times that I am "too rude or aggressive", I was finally able to talk to the Lead Technician who suggested we run several other tests which found the issue. Do anything you can to avoid Steve and DJ, trust me.

I purchased a used 2021 Genesis GV80 from Dax Cordero and Mike Cook at the dealership and everything went swimmingly. Mike is a true professional and the entire process was a true pleasure. This is the second used vehicle I've purchased from West Point Lincoln and I highly recommend them. They are first class, good people and very customer focused!

Great customer service, great service plans for your vehicle, knowledgeable service advisors and great warranty services for your vehicle in & out quickly if not they will provide a loaner for you!

I had the best experience at West Point was greeted by Salesman Otto, was very friendly easy going, I was looking at the Nautilus He told me about the difference between the, that I didn't know. I was planning on going to another dealership but after talking with Otto there was no need. I end up buying the Nautilus, Sales manager was very pleasant experience also Great Job

Great Staff & Servicing

Deon Berry was amazing to work with. I called and was able to schedule a same day oil change and he took care of the rest. Super communicative and funny. Made the experience great!

Mike Cook: great salesman

This is my fifth car I buy from this dealership. The reason why is the salesman, MIKE COOK. This gentleman does not push for the sales and is a good listener. I’m a salesman myself and I dislike pushy salespeople . Mike usually drives my car home and then I give him a ride to the dealer. The quality of the cars is excellent. Worth every penny. Javy Castro

AMAZING

We had an amazing experience with West Point Lincoln. First our Salesman, Chris Carbone was fantastic. Never pushy or trying to over sell us, he understood our wants and needs and searched that lot until he found us the perfect vehicle. Then when it came down to talking numbers the Sales Manager, Marcus (he too was pretty awesome) worked his magic and how he got the price where we needed it still leaves me scratching my head. Lastly, once we got into finance, David Meyer, made the typically most dreaded task of the whole ordeal, one of the most pleasurable we've encountered. He made the usual suggestions but did it with grace and without the pressures you normally feel from the finance department. The whole staff at both new and pre-owned were top notch and friendly. We will defiantly be recommending to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you to the AMAZING team at West Point Lincoln, we we're very satisfied and LOVE our new Nautilus! Cole & Meagan!
