Ronald was great to work with and did everything possible to get me in that truck. The buying process was a little slow. I personally like to be in and out in less than 2hrs. Especially as we had settled on a price the day prior. But all in all was a good experience.

Poor customer service
I purchased a 2021 Navigator Black Label, which according to Lincoln and the West Point Lincoln web site, includes a free loaner when the car is being serviced. In order to get the loaner you need to speak to the concierge. I called four times to schedule and left messages. The concierge never called back until I called Lincoln and had them call the dealer. The Lincoln concierge called West Point and told me they had schedule me for May 23rd and that the WP concierge would call me. She did call, but knew nothing about the scheduling on the 23rd and told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before they would have a loaner, plus gave me no reason for why my calls were never returned. Totally unacceptable customer service which is totally contrary to what they claim when they sell you the car.

Came looking for a luxury SUV and received first class service with all questions and concerns answered. Ronald was very friendly, patient, and informative. I highly recommend West Point Lincoln and Ronald for that good car shopping feeling.

Buyer BeWare!
Negative stars. All around Bad experience! All went well with the Lincoln navigator when I purchased it online. It was delivered and then the more I drove it over the next few days A lot went wrong… The mirrors were clicking and shaking and not performing as intended, the front camera wasn't working, there was a piece missing in the bumper and then to top it all off the sunroof wouldn't close. Ronald , the car salesman kept trying to pawn me off on the Lincoln dealership in college station and when I said I no longer wanted the vehicle he changed his tune and came back to get everything “fixed”… which the front camera was never fixed! He told me the part would be in at the end of the month and then when I was asking him about that he just told me to take it into the College Station Lincoln. I reminded him that through our text he said the part was ordered and that it would be taken care of through y’all since I purchased from West Point. Apparently the part never came in and the front camera is still not working. However, another gut punch was when he brought it back to me there was a CHIP in my windshield. I will never use y'all again and I will let everyone know my experience. I was so excited to purchase this vehicle and it has been a nightmare. On top of all it the miss information I was given on the vehicle pertaining to the entertainment screens being able to use Bluetooth versus having to have Wi-Fi … WRONG and just all around BAD BAD BAD , lack of knowledge and UNprofessionalism! Not to mention the patronizing attitude of which he just told me that he recommended me to get the chip filled so it won’t crack or spread. I am so detail oriented and methodical I made him take a picture of the mileage before he drove it off from my house and we made sure nothing else was wrong with the vehicle. And the cherry on top is I even got toll tag fees from him driving it to and from Houston and College Station. BUYER BEWARE

Everyone at WestPoint was so friendly!
Great customer service before and after the sale. Sam Seddiki was patient and very knowledgeable of multiple types of cars. He was not high pressure and truly put us as a customer first. Any questions I have even after the sale he is available. I highly recommend WestPoint Lincoln.

Mr Steve Manager in Service great guy
Mr Steve the service manager took his time with me answered all my questions provided options to me for my issue that was resolved within a day. He was patient. Great leader. The guys who repaired my tires were patient with me in person and over the phone I felt comfortable not feeling like my questions were stupid. I feel like your employees are a reflection of your leadership and I would say I would work for him based off two interactions. Thanks for being HUMAN and showing a passion in the work you do. I was looking for a 2022 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve Burgundy Velvet in color. My salesman Andres went above and beyond to help me get what I was looking for. We drove 4 hrs from Louisiana and the experience was a great one! Would recommend him and the dealership to my family and friends.
