My experience getting my car repaired was excellent.

My experience getting my car repaired was excellent. Although it took a while to get it done, they did an excellent job and provided me with a very nice loaner car. The repair required work to the transmission, and it was done well and under warranty.

I bought my car in November 2023.

I bought my car in November 2023. When I went to pick up my plates, I saw they spelled my last name wrong on my title application. They promptly said they would correct it. Now, 18 months later, they have not. I have been calling and calling since November 2023 trying to get this sorted out. I am always transferred to voice mailboxes with no return calls. The title department called me back ONE time at the end of 2023/early 2024 - but they never took the actions they said they would to get this fixed. Since then, I have left numerous messages with title, finance, the GM, etc. ONE YEAR later, in November of 2024 I finally got ahold of someone - he indicated they would send someone to the DMV to correct the issue. No follow up after that and no one would return my messages. At the end of February 2025, I finally got ahold of David and Chris who reassured me this would FINALLY be fixed. They said they would simply mail me paperwork to fill out. I never received it. I call and call and call and no one will answer or return my messages to let me know the status. I paid too much for this dumb of a problem with no accountability from the dealership. I shouldn't have to call for years on end to get them to fix a seemingly simple problem they created. If you buy here, don't expect to get any help after they take your money.

As per your conversation with our title clerk yesterday, the error has been with the lender & we have been at their mercy waiting for the title so that we can ma ke the change with The State of Texas. Once we receive the title we will expedite what we have to do on our end

So far, my Personal Experience has been Pleasant.

So far, my Personal Experience has been Pleasant. I Appreciate Very much the use of a Loaner Vehicle while my Beautiful Corsair is getting Serviced. Starting with my Salesperson Dalia..loved her. My Service Advisor Deon, .Every time I go there..I see that SMILE. He's so kind. With my stressful days, he can greet me and I'm good. I hope it Stays this way. I also love the snacks in the waiting area. I may mention the girls who take my payments and have my Vehicle washed., they are SO KIND taking my money. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars, my last Service was about two months. But, I can forgive.
