My salesman Ronald was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He pointed out different features on the car and answered all my questions. He completed the paperwork in a timely fashion. He is also a religious man and I admire that. The dealership was very clean and appears to be well run. My only disapointment was the lower than expected trade-in on my old Lincoln.
