good experience service personnel on the ball

Every time i need service there is no problem getting an appointment and sometime need to wait. The work performed is always done right the first time in. My service adviser (Chris Hims) is always very acommendating in working out a schedule for service . IT was do to my experience with Team Toyota that i purchased my first vehicle with Team Toyota (2018 Tacoma).

Comfortable sitting area and well staff personnel

Have my oil changed here every six months..... happy with the services done here.....keeps me updated with future repairs on my car so I can plan for them....

Free service.

Staff was courteous, friendly, efficient and helpful. The waiting is comfortable and we'll lighted. Large screen TV available if want to watch. If you are waiting for your car not a bad place to be.

Friendly, Professional, and Affordable

From beginning to end, Henry and his team (especially Matt, the mechanic) worked quickly, diligently, and always within budget on complex repairs. Their communication and attitude was consistently postive and professional, which inspired a high degree of trust. They cared about getting it right and it shows in their work. After a slew of repairs on an old 4Runner I am restoring, I was completely impressed and would take my cars (Toyota or not) nowhere else.

Hopefully the 3rd time’s a charm

My 2018 Sienna (7000miles) had an oil leak. I brought the van in on three separate occasions to have the leak fixed. In total, the process lasted over a month and I was without my van for 20 days. The service department did provide me with a loaner vehicle for part of that time. Hopefully, after the inconvenience of the three trips to the dealership, the vehicle is fixed for good. It has been two days since the latest service and I have not seen it leaking yet.

Worry Free

All the work is done in a timely fashion so your not sitting around wasting time. Also a nice touch, they’ll wash your car if you ask.

Was greeted courteously by valet, directed to counter where check-in was handled quickly and efficiently. Maintenance was done in reasonable amount of time, very satisfied.
