Team Toyota

No one enjoys spending money and time for repair work. But I have been very pleased with the courtesy, quality and price of my recent work. My Highlander has been a great car. I love the hybrid.

Great service done quickly.

Very efficient and courteous service department. Easy to wait for completion in a very comfortable environment. So far I have no reservations with their work.

Not sure if they know what they re doing

In for the 20,000 mile check up and a problem with my dash/radio lights just getting brighter and dimmer for no reason. Told them I'd drop it off only because it takes 2hrs plus for them to go over the vehicle and do either a oil change or a tire rotation. Figured this would take all day. It took 5 hrs. Told them when I bought it there was an electrical problem with the charger and now this with the lights. As far as the charger I Was told to buy a new phone charger but I found a bad fuse. Im not a mechanic either. Picked up the car after they had it for 5 hrs and told they can't find anything wrong. I was told to bring it right in when it happens so they could look at it. It has happened 3 times at nite after they are closed. Great service yet again. After the 25,000 mile coverage, I will take it to a real mechanic. Can't have my headlights go out next and them say we can't find anything wrong. I know others who have stopped going here because of problems not getting found.

a Satisfying Experience

Everyone at dealership is personable and willing to serve your needs. My salesman (DC) was extremely helpful and patient as we proceeded to purchase our car. The experience was great as compared to normal car buying.

Prompt, efficient service.

I purchased my car at Team Toyota of Glen Mills, and I go back to them for all services! I feel at home with them. It's a one stop shop, where I can get a rental and work on my car in same place! I would ALWAYS return to them for any car purchase and I HIGHLY recommend them!🤗

Great

I had a great experience. I use to come there a couple years ago it was close to my job. The only reason I stopped was Springfield was closer to my new job but I went there once and the service was so terrible and employees so rude I can’t never give them my business again. I sent a review no one ever contacted which leads me to believe that’s what they believe to be great service and business. Either way I and a Glen Mills customer ti stay. Keep up the great work.

Missed on my oil change

When I made my appointment online I requested a synthetic oil change with a coupon I also had a discount for my inspection. I presented the coupons at check in. I saw Mike write and green hylight in synthetic oil change on the work order and accept the inspection coupon. At checkout I realized the inspection was a regular price. Mike and Chris fixed it with a future credit. When I got home I saw the oil used was standard not synthetic. This also happened last inspection and we corrected that day. This time I chose not to complain. I like your service team and will return.

My experience with Toyota was great from start to finish.

The wait time was well within reason. The accommodations were very comfortable and well maintained . I was greeted in a very friendly manner. My car had a recall that was addressed during my first service visit. I love all the service provided by Toyota. Everyone is caring and attentive to the customers needs

Very friendly

The appointment and the reminders were very helpful. The lady who helped me was very friendly. The service and the waiting area was very good
