Good work timely fashion

Very friendly staff and addressed customer questions

I am satisfied with the car and services. I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a new car, but Harshaan service helped me make the decision to buy a car.

Service

Mike Stover and Kurt the mechanic are the best. I really appreciate all they have done for me for about 10 years. They are the reason I continue to come back!

Ovwracharges and fake maintainance issues

Their Maintainance department is worst. They always overcharged and lie about maintainance issues. I had my Toyota Corola's back lights unstable/moving and they told it requires complete assembly replacement (charges around $150+) I checked outside with some private maintainance center it what came out that two screws were loose. Simple 2minute free fix by tightening those screws.

Dry pleased

I have had Toyota’s before and been very satisfied. My decision to trade my Honda Pilot for a Highlander was based on the preferred style and features. My experience with Team Toyota was very professional and my salesman Eric did a great job of getting just the car I wanted.

Probably the best run service dept. I have ever dealt with.

Never disappointed after multiple service checks. Had one problem with a critter chewing into a fuel line component which was diagnosed and repaired amazingly quickly and correctly with one visit. I mostly just stop in with no appointment (rude of me) and they take good care of me anyway.

Awesome experience!!

Roger was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. He took a lot of time to go over all of the features on our new vehicle. We have never had such a pleasant experience when buying a car! We highly recommended roger along with everyone from team Toyota of glen Mills. They are truly top notch!!

Hybrid Battery on a Used Prius

battery and hybrid ecu and some seal work had to be done, which was extremely costly but a pretty good deal all things considered. will be bringing my vehicle there for its 100k service.

Great Service

Whenever I bring my car in for service the staff is always courteous and friendly. The wait area is comfortable and having access to computer and WiFi helpful.
