I thought the work was done right. With that aside it feel their prices are a little high. Price of axel at auto zone $73. Toyota charged me a total of $560. Seams a little high to me. Also when car dropped off I advised them the clutch is going and to go easy in it. I had made arrangements to have it replaced on 4th of January. When I got the car back there was not enough clutch to last to January 4th so I have to take it someplace else and paid $250 more for repair. They were still cheaper then the $1800 -$2200 price I was quoted by team. I paid $1450 for new clutch and that was every part.

I have purchased a total of 3 new vehicals from Team Toyota, all serviced at this location over the years. Great service, good prices and friendly people. Ms. Jill Joy in service is super to deal with.

I've been using this dealership for 20 years. Great service department with employees who treat you with respect. Just bought my third car with them and it was the easiest experience. They let me borrow it for a day before I bought it and were fantastic!

Not like other dealers where you feel that you are being suffocated into buying. You are given your space to look, test drive and ask questions. Bill Lawyer was very knowledgeable, professional and made sure I was comfortable and at ease without feeling pressured.

I told service rep what I thought was wrong with the vehicle. I was told technician determined it was something else, work was done, problem was still there. I brought it to another mechanic had the issue fixed and the problem was gone.

I stopped in for a regular maintenance appointment. I got there as they opened and was one of the first in the door. Less than 30 minutes later my car was done and ready to go. The lady that I spoke to to was really nice and I will definitely return when I need more maintenance on my car.

Spoke with Tony on the phone about the 2016 Toyota Tundra we purchased. He wasn’t pushy answered all of my questions. Drove up to glen mills about an hour away for me. Tony had the truck parked right out front for us. Took a test drive and ultimately purchased truck that night. Paid a very fair price No haggling, he offered some extras Wasn’t pushy. Just a comfortable easy buying experience can’t say enough about how awesome Tony was! All of the staff at Team Toyota are professional and easy to deal with.
