Questionable service needed!!
Inspection.2yrs ago battery failed kept same one and thousands of starts later no issues???Went this year it passed???The "Advisory"said brake fluid needs changed.It was changed 2 weeks prior with my mechanic.I question the Toyota service dept. It makes me often wonder if they intentionally trying to squeeze money out of their customers from a simple inspection,tire rotation etc. Turning it into a all out money maker for them!!!

No pressure, got right to the point regarding a good price
I went in for service and while they're looked at a RAV4. I talked to the salesman and we eventually discussed a leftover 2018. they did hit me with a price that was rather high at first but I was able to go back and negotiate a lower one so if I had one complain it would be that they didn't come out with the best price first. But the buying experience was very good and we are very pleased with the vehicle

Service Center
I had to take my car in for a recall. Their Service Center is very organized well run. They gave me a loaner car to use while mine was worked on. I honestly thought it would be the next day when I got my car back but I hadn’t been home very long when they called to tell me my car was done. So, I got back in the loaner car and went to pick mine up.

should been fix under warranty
i had a fan problem .the car was under pre owned warranty . i asked agent to let mechanic take look at fan.the answer was we have to charge you for diagnostic..totally forgot that the van is under warranty. agent came back and confirm that fan had issue and would be few hundred dollars to fix it. survey should be sent out same week not month later .

Great used car buying experience!
Have bought numerous new and used cars, all from new car dealers. Duane did an excellent job - finding us a great car on very short notice while we were in panic mode, allowing us to take the car out by ourselves for a test drive (giving us the opportunity to have our mechanic look it over), not applying any pressure and bringing our experience to a happy, timely conclusion! Very pleased!!

Rip off
I took my Lexus for state inspection and I know there is no issues with the car and they will just do the normal inspection. I got a call at 2pm in the afternoon my fog light has to adjusted in order to pass the inspection and they charged $120. There is no issue with the fog light at all and I knew they are trying to rob my money as they could not find anything else. Pls stay away from this dealship for any service .
