Check Engine light
Problem was diagnosed as chewed wire harness. Problem resolved but light reappeared within 2 days. Truck still runs fine. Shuttle driver busy using phone while driving. Had to wake driver up at one light!

Salesperson--Great! Finance Staff--Insulting!
I enjoyed working with Sales Consultant---Robert Urban! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful and I have no complaints. I highly recommend Rob! On the other end of the purchasing process, the Finance guys had high pressure sales tactics that really turned me off! Their tactics and comments were insulting! They were unable to sell me any warranties, service contracts, loan insurance or other options and they made the conversation and buying experience very unpleasant. I did not appreciate the high pressure sales tactics one bit! Team Toyota made the decision to use the Finance guys to pressure the buyers into the extended warranties, service contracts, loan insurance, etc., instead of giving the Sales guys the responsibility of offering, describing, and further discussing the options during the Sales process. It could have a been 5 star experience but the Finance guys caused me to lower my overall Team Toyota score.

have a Rav4, it was making a funky noice, brought it in to Service and waited for about an hour or so, Christopher Hihn and Henry Oswald are always so nice one of them came out and said that it was rust in the roders, and there was not a charge either for coming in which was nice, thanks again, see you at 30,000 miles..
