Disappointing

I came to Della based on a referral and their good reputation. The sales rep was very good and treated us very well. Finance manager was also very good. No pressure and the price offered was very good. The buying process overall was very good. However, after we drove the vehicle home, we noticed a small crack in the windshield. I called a glass repair firm who attempted to repair it but could not, as an attempt had already been made. Additionally, the tech that performed the work stated that he had done the original repair attempt the same day that we bought the vehicle. So it is clear that the dealership hoped we would not notice and ultimately have us replace the windshield. This ruined our otherwise excellent experience and it was unfortunate because up to that point all had gone very well and we were happy with the deal we got. Seems stupid to risk their good reputation for a relatively inexpensive repair job. I gave them 3 stars because net net we got a good deal but I don’t like when a company attempts to disguise material details and I can’t help but question how reliable the Certified Pre-Owned status on my vehicle is. Despite the excellence of the sales rep I do not trust the dealership and I will not go back, even for the 2 free oil changes they included in the purchase.

Della Honda

I was so pleased with the sales and service at Della Honda when I bought a 2016 CRV, that I went back and got 2 new 2018 CRV's. One for my step daughter and and upgrade for myself. I wouldn't think of going any place else!

Serviced my Ridgeline quick

They changed the oil and also installed a engine block heater and did it quicker than I thought they would.
