i?ve never had an issue with any aspect of the service department. the explanations are thorough, the work is professional, the atmosphere is welcoming. anything reported to the contrary is simply not based on reality. and while i most often deal with jody, i?ve always enjoyed shooting the bull with all the folks. the question below about buying a car - i didn?t buy one this time, but i have bought a number of them over the years.

Honda CRV 100,000 mile service

It was easy to drop the car off, was told the cost would be $499.99 it ended up more than that. I thought the oil change was included in the service. I?m not entirely happy with the dealership because I have trouble with the cost of things, almost bait and switch. I do believe the dealership and the repair department are sincere in their attempts but fail on the more difficult issues.

Customer Service Feedback

My experience was very pleasant. Jody is always fantastic. I had to have a state inspection done and the recall of the airbag inflator replaced. My car was done in the time frame specified. Jody is always very thorough and she goes over everything. Great customer service.
