Della honda oil change

I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm. Waited until 1:40 for my car to be taken in to the shop. It was 2:20 when car was finally ready. An hour twenty seems like much to long for a simple oil change. Many people who came after us were done before us. Service guy said they fell behind earlier and were catching up.

Great service, no preassure sales team

Purchased a second vehicle from Della Honda and still very pleased with the deal and the sales team. Always treated fairly and promptly when you arrive. Pricing is competitive. Largest selection of Certified Hondas in the area.

Service department is top notch!

I leased my third Honda at D’ella 2 years ago. The process was seamless. I’ve had all of my service done here and they offer transportation to work, making it more convenient! This dealership is the best around.

D'ELLA Service Department, Queensbury, New York

Jim O'Keefe is an excellent asset to this department. I didn't buy this car (maybe next time) from D'ELLA, but when I called for an appointment I was treated as if I had. The whole service area was staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people. The work was done in reasonable time.

Car service for my pilot.

Went for an oil change and they discovered a few things that needed to be done. They included doing them and I didn't have to return again which saves me time. Jodie was very friendly and I felt took good care of my problems.
