Jody in the customer service department always goes above

Jody in the customer service department always goes above and beyond. I brought my car in due to a tire issue yesterday, without an appointment and she was so helpful. She brought someone out to assess the issue and fit me in right away to get it fixed, which alleviated a lot of stress for me. She always greets me with patience, integrity and kindness and explains the situation in terms that I understand. She is a top notch human and employee.

I am a repeat reviewer but Della Honda keeps outdoing

I am a repeat reviewer but Della Honda keeps outdoing themselves. This time I got a flat tire on I87. I called the service department and they said to bring it in. The car was towed to Della at lunchtime. I knew I needed 2 new tires but I was also due for an oil change. The service department, led by Jodi and Jim, worked to get my car done (including the oil change) and I still made it to my 2:00 doctor's appointment. I always know that whenever I need service, Della is there to take care of it, whether it is a flat tire, dead battery or anything else. Thanks to you all.

My salesperson, Damien, was great!

My salesperson, Damien, was great! Damien spent a lot of time explaining all the features of the Passport to me and gave me his card should I have questions in the future.

Jody was very professional and friendly, as she always is. I was updated regularly on the status of my car and my car was ready when promised. I would highly recommend D?Ella to anyone looking to buy a new car or having service done to your current car.

Damien Tucker was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I was only in the market for a truck; have only owned a truck. He invited me to look at another option in the Honda Pilot. As I have now owned this vehicle for almost 2 weeks I could not be more pleased. Thank you Damien
