Very disappointing experience

I will definitely not be buying another car from this dealership. The communication within the dealership was poor. The communication with me was terrible. Even the interactions I had at the dealership made me feel like I was being played. The icing on the cake was that the service done to the car before I picked it up was not completed and I didn't learn this until I was already 1 hour away from the dealership. (This was when I hit 65 on a highway and the part starting banging, indicating that it had not been properly reattached.) It isn't worth going back. I will finish the repair with my local, trusted, mechanic. The only reason I even completed the purchase is that used standard cars are hard to find. *sigh* I guess I will look elsewhere when I need my next car.

Leasing and buying Hondas

I have purchased at least 7 Hondas from Della Honda and have always had a great experience. Van Chalakis has been our salesman for years and has gone above and beyond. He's professional, friendly and has always given us fair deals. He explains every detail about the vehicles and calls us to make sure everything is going well with them. If there's ever a problem, he's just a phone call away. Business manager Ryan Winters is a great asset to Della Honda as well. Very professional, friendly and not overbearing. A great dealership to do business with.

Dan Lenoir at Della Honda, Glens Falls was Phenomenal!!! He was the perfect salesman, not pushy at all, listened to my wants, and delivered on those wants. When I did pick a used car, he went above and beyond helping me with the sale.....Definitely NOT the typical car salesman.
