Della offered a high quality vehicle at a price lower than any comparable on the market and honored the initial price I inquired about even after the vehicle was in high demand. As an out-of-state customer, upon inquiry, they held the vehicle for me with a small deposit and every request for information/status via phone or email was replied to within hours. Multiple individuals helped finalize the sale but everyone was aware of the status and multiple times offered availability if any other questions arose. They walked me through the process seamlessly!

NYS Inspection
I took my CR-V for it's annual inspection. Staff was pleasant to work with, as always. Inspection revealed I needed four new tires, which were replace during that appointment.

Brakes were "broken"
I live almost 50 miles from this dealership, so I felt that I couldn't drive my car in the condition the brakes were in. I had emergency work done locally (thank goodness), but I was still hearing a rubbing noise. I had made a previous appointment at D'Ella, so I took my CRV down for other work, but I asked them to check my brakes just to make sure things were OK. They were not. They discovered that the brake pads had been installed reversed. They also found that the front pads needed to be replaced, and the rotors needed attention too. Other maintenance work was done there too. The Service Department has ALWAYS been very good and really tries to get you car in as soon as possible. The department is very thorough and I so appreciate that. I wish I didn't live so far away because I always have to sit and wait for my car. This time I had to wait four hours. I did bring a book to read and I did walk across the road to Cool Beans for a coffee and scone. The only downside was the long wait. But, when you get a vehicle in for service, you just never know what you are going to run into. My only comment about the facilities is you need more things to do for little kids. Put a velcro wall up for them to put felt figures on.

Excellent service!
I went into Della Honda looking for a used SUV as my two girls were outgrowing our Honda Civic. I dealt with Dan L. and he was fabulous! I had to look at a few different SUVs but once I found the one for me the staff was excellent at making sure to stay in my budget! We love our new Honda CRV!

Service Department
My car broke down on a recent road trip to Lake George. I had my car towed to D'ELLA Honda and they made me a top priority so I could get back on the road ASAP. It's rare to find exceptional customer service these days but Jody and her team of technicians were fantastic! They were compassionate, dedicated and epitomize the old school work ethic. This was especially nice to see since I was at their mercy. They arranged a rental car for me and called me throughout the day to keep me informed about my repairs. From top to bottom, the service department was exceptional. Thank you guys!
