I’ve got a soft spot for speed and class, and Joel delivered both. He showed me a 2021 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400, and it was everything I didn’t know I needed. I walked in on a Saturday just browsing and walked out two hours later with a Jeep and a new favorite car guy. Joel’s ability to listen, assess, and deliver what you really need is unmatched. I told him my job requires a lot of driving and weather conditions matter. He found me the Cherokee Limited, with heated seats, a heated steering wheel, and active 4x4. The thing was a beast, and Joel knew every inch of it. He even synced my phone for me before I left, gave me a tutorial on how the touchscreen worked, and called me two days later to check in.
