Old Orchard Nissan

They called me about two weeks ago. My airbag needed to be replaced, as it became defective over time. Old Orchard Nissan was able to take out my defective one, and install the new airbag. The first appointment was rescheduled as something came up on their end, but nothing delayed the second appointment. The entire removal & install took 5 minutes or less. Great service.

Picked up my car at the time I was told it would be. Did not wait long till I received results from the diagnostic test Picked me up promptly after the call . Very easy appt.

Benson really helped me out when I needed an emergency replacement. Great service—highly recommended!!

Service writer was great with handing the check in and the process while my vehicle was being serviced. The continued updates was phenomenal and assured me what was going on thru the whole time my vehicle was being serviced.

My boyfriend and I came in to get me a kinda-sporty lookin, reasonably-priced new car. I’ve always brought a guy with me to car places in case they try to dupe me or intimidate me, but the guy who helped me was so nice, knew a TON about the cars, and seemed really trustworthy. I wouldn’t up buying the car he recommended based on the 1000 wants I had, and I LOVE IT! Overall a pretty good experience there, made GREAT by the sales guy who helped us. He knew his stuff backwards and forwards, and even when he was maybe tryin to upsell me, he gave real reasons either way and let me decide! I’m writing this review because I so appreciated him - Benson. Shout out to you, man. You were the BEST! My bf said he might come there - just to see Benson - when he’s lookin for a new car end of summer. Benson’s our new car guy and I swear we’ve been telling everyone we know! :)

I had a vehicle brought here for trans damage after it ran over debris on the expressway. I had already convinced myself that I was going to be without the vehicle for at least a month or two--maybe even longer with back-ordered parts-- so I was absolutely ECSTATIC when they called me to tell me it was ready after just TWO WEEKS!!!!! I know they didn't have the parts in stock, so they made it a priority to get them as soon as possible and had me back on the road several weeks earlier than I anticipated. Bindi in service was my advisor, and she kept me informed throughout the entire process, so I never had to wonder what was going on and the vehicle drives like new! Thank you so much for helping me through such a stressful situation!
