Service at Old Orchard Nissan is always excellent.

Service at Old Orchard Nissan is always excellent. Mary is our service adviser but the entire team is super. During shortages they've found us a lift kit and tires that were backordered and the installs and services were always on time, professional and friendly. This visit was for a small recall and went 100% perfectly and timely - thank you!

I will give this dealer a 5 star review as they were prompt and efficient in correcting a small error regarding service on a truck I had purchased. Everything was resolved promptly and the truck is getting serviced now.

I delayed writing this as I fail to remember the young

I delayed writing this as I fail to remember the young lady at the service desk. I have met her before when my car had issues with the locks. She was exceptional in helping me get the service of my car. 6 month later my car needed to be corrected with a recall. She greeted me and asked specifically about how the car is performing. Here is the deal; she treated me as a person of importance because she reflected on me specifically on previous service. She portrayed she knows me. Wow. Oh I wish I could remember her name. If you look at the records I hope you can identify her. She should be part of the training of other associates as she has skills all could learn from.

Had my Nissan Altima serviced here, the entire experience

Had my Nissan Altima serviced here, the entire experience was great, easy communication, quick response from Bindi was above and beyond, made me feel cared for my concerns with repairs ! They got me in very quick compared to others! I recommend Old Orchard Nissan even if it’s a different brand you own. 10/10 ! 😊

I had a great experience, start to finish, getting a

I had a great experience, start to finish, getting a recall part replaced at this dealership. I called to make an appt and was able to get it in the next day. The team allowed me to leave my car for a full week (even though service only took a few hours) since I was going out of town, which was sooo helpful. The team texted me directly when it was done and confirmed that I was all set to leave my car there safely until I returned. When I picked it up, they promptly gave it a car wash and I was on my way. Everyone was really kind and efficient and it was the best experience I've had at a dealership, which was a relief. I'd return for future service needs.

Nissan has a very professional group of employees. Bindi was especially kind and patient. He explained the work that was being done in terms that I could understand. The prices were very reasonable. I recommend Old Orchard Nissan.

The service provided was at an excellent level. The communication between me and the representative of the service provider was smooth and comfortable. All the services I ordered were completed quickly and with high quality. I never had to call because all communication went smoothly through the website, text messages and e-mail, and so every time I have used the service of Old Orchard Nissan. It works for me because I can't always make or receive calls.

High pressure sales tactics, horrible customer service

High pressure sales tactics, horrible customer service and I was outright lied to by my salesperson then ignored by management! I went to the dealership in search by first electric vehicle because they had a good selection of used EV‘s. I quickly had my attention moved twords leasing a new Ariya and that was all they would even speak about. My mistake was getting sold on this even though it was out of my price range. One of the factors that made the decision to go with the lease was a promotion for 1 year of free repaid charging at any EVGo station. This was the lie I was told. This promo apparently didn’t exist at the time of my purchase. My salesperson, Cayden, had assured me he would set this up for me but when the time came he informed that the promo wasn’t available. This was potentially several thousands of dollars that I was now out because of the lie. I asked Cayden to speak to a manager multiple times and was outright ignored. I called the dealership at least twice a day over the course of 10 days asking to speak with management. Every single time I called the person on the phone told me the exact same line “All of the managers are too busy to speak to you. Sorry for this inconvenience, I want to assure you we are looking into this. I will escalate this situation and a manger will call you within the hour.” I was also left on hold for over a hour once, laughed at by a customer service agent and outright hung up on twice. Never once did I receive a call back, or any attempt to resolve the situation and give me what I was promised when I purchased the vehicle. Nor did I ever even receive anything even slightly resembling an apology. This is how they treat someone that 2 weeks ago purchased a $50k vehicle. I am completely appalled. At this point I am at my wits end. I will be following through with a complaint through the Better Business Bureau, although I’m sure that won’t do any good. Maybe this review will steer some people away from having a similar experience. Simply put, find another place to purchase a vehicle.
