Old Orchard Nissan

Called my service advisor Bindi late Friday afternoon and was able to make an appt the following Monday at 8am for an oil change. I arrived early expecting to wait but was able to be accommodated immediately. The process was completed quickly. In fact my coffee had yet to cool enough to drink when Bindi informed me I was ready to go. Always appreciate his knowledge and assistance to make the process an easy & painless one.

This Nissan dealership made my desired deal possible. I'm leaving it satisfied and with new car.

Super shady. Make sure you take a screen shot of the price. We luckily did but they will erase the price from the website, and specify call and increase the stock price if you don’t have proof. Vitaliy Kaminskyy was our sales guy. He was very deceptive and started yelling at us when we decided that we didn’t want to buy a car. I recommend avoiding Vitaliy Kaminskyy and the Old Orchard Nissan. They have a sister store the Huntley Ford, I’m not sure how they are.

They were awesome and greeted me within seconds explained the work well and made sure I was ok with work and prices before doing the work. They got the work done fast and well done I plan to use their services again.

Bindi took great care of my needs at the service center. He was very polite and helpful efficient, and he got me a loaner car. They ordered two parts for my car and it was repaired and ready for pick up in less than than 48 hours.

So far, repairs seem to be holding. Extremely pleased with Service Rep, Bindi. He kept us updated throughout the entire process. Carefully explained what problems had been found and what was done to fix them. Open to our many questions. First time at this dealership. Will not hesitate to return.
