Old Orchard Nissan

Bindi was my service writer when I went in to get my oil change. From the moment I pulled onto the drive, he greeted me with a smile and was efficient and friendly in getting my vehicle checked in. I spent maybe 30 minutes total waiting on my vehicle to get worked on. I did request a quote for 4 tires (as I was instructed by another dealership) and he let me know that my tires were perfectly fine and did not need to be changed. I am super impressed with his professionalism and his kindness. I will definitely be coming back to get service for my vehicle here in the future. Thank you to Bindi and Old Orchard Nissan.

Beware of this dealership if you are out of state. I tried to buy a truck from this dealership and they wouldn't disclose the out the door price until I came in to the dealership. I explained that I am an out of state buyer that would fly in and pay with a cashiers check. I have purchased several cars out of state and been able to negotiate over the phone. They still refused to discuss price until I came into the dealership. If I am flying in from out of state to purchase a vehicle I need to know the price beforehand as a cashiers check isn't something you just write on the spot. Super shady sales tactics!!

Mary at Old Orchard service department was very helpful in diagnosing and helping get my car fixed recently. Very honestly told me what need to be done urgently and what could wait. I appreciated the honesty as I could not afford all of it at once. Definitely will be back to get the rest done.

AMAZING!!! Can not say enough great things about this place. They've not only saved me money and time on my Jeep but they've always gone above and beyond in helping me with my car. They always work around my schedule to get me in at and I couldn't be more grateful. At my most recent visit, I came in for an oil change and they were able to spot a nail in my tire and were able to fix it on the spot without any hesitation. These guys are the BEST!!

Convention location, Friendly staff, great inventory of used cars. I was able to take the time to do some great comparison shopping with other brands but still ended up buying a Nissan! Michal was very helpful and patient.

I did not end up buying the car, but only because it was a little out of my price range. But I was not pressured by the dealer and it was a good experience

We brought the car in for an oil change and they also did an inspection. Found a bolt in a tire. Had that repaired and got new windshield wipers. Left with a clean car. Thank you Old Orchard Nissan! Great service!

Bought a set of new tires for my 07 Nissan and also got my oil changed. The oil change was half the cost of other dealers. The service advisors were friendly and courteous. It's so nice to find real humans in the service industry in a day when most treat you like they're doing you a favor. Way to go Old Orchard Nissan! You made my day better and the tires are very nice for the price!

My experience with Old Orchard Nissan has been very good! They have been very accommodating on scheduling of my needs on service and prices have been as good as can be. I checked and their location is great for me too.
