Old Orchard Nissan

If you are looking for a place to care for your vehicle, you need to try Old Orchard Nissan. I have been having my Armada serviced there for several years. The service department is very professional. Recently our vehicle needed to kept for a couple of days, but we had work that needed to be done. The Service Manager arranged a loaner vehicle to allow us to get our work completed. Our experience at Old Orchard Nissan has made us loyal customers.

I recently visited Old Orchard Nissan for an oil change, and I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly, courteous, and professional staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a clean and pristine area that exuded professionalism.

I was very impressed with the service on my vehicle. The service advisor was in good communication with me the whole time and it made me feel like I was getting good customer service. Great service and communication. Brought in a vehicle we had purchased from a Chevy dealer that still had the factory warranty left. They got us in quickly, and got any warranties done in a timely manner. Bindi was our service coordinator and he did an absolute stellar job. Definitely be bringing the vehicle back for any future repairs.

The employee's are always kind and are willing to take the time to listen to my concerns. Bindi did a fantastic job of replacing my driver side mirror after I was side swiped by a box truck. He was very kind and kept me informed on the progress even though I am hard to reach by phone. When I didn't answer his calls he txt me, which is much easier for me to respond to since I work in a call center. The repair took less time then I anticipated and I had my Jeep back the same day I dropped it off. It was perfect! I couldn't ask for more. Thank you. You guys ROCK!
