If you go in to the service department, ask for Linda. You can explain to her the issue with your car and she tells you what's wrong and when the mechanics do diagnostics you can confirm that what she told you is true. She's on top of the issue and responds quickly to emails and phone calls providing you with updates. Her customer service goes beyond expectations and she always goes the extra mile by making it up to you if something goes wrong. Thanks Linda!

We were passing through on a roadtrip and had a sudden failure from the windshield wipers on our Armada. Called Old Orchard Nissan while on the road and they had the parts to fix things. It didn’t phase them that we were passing through and in a hurry. They got us fixed and on the road in minutes. Thankful for their inventory preparedness and team to get us going without an appointment booked well in advance. Very friendly staff.

I’ve been a customer of Old Orchard Nissan since 2016 to get service and regular maintenance. Today, my experience with Mary has been the greatest customer service experience, I’ve had at a car dealership. I own a Mercedes and Cadillac and have been to each of those dealerships and have not received the service Mary provided me today. I look forward to my next service and hope Mary is available to take care of me again.

Buyer beware and come prepared!! I would give this review negative stars if could. I have never posted a review in my life before but this had to be done. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership and I have been around the block a few times. The listed price and the CarFax price provided to me was substantially lower than what they ended up putting in the paperwork to sell the vehicle to me. Now they are telling me crap like "oh that's for certifications and dealer fees". Blah, blah, blah. Just a bunch of back-talk and xx. They will also push their extended warranty and other "specials" on you and keep putting them in the total price. If you decide to go there...be prepared to read the fine print and keep an eye on everything. You would be best off having a lawyer present with you when you go there. It's too bad places like this exist. Whatever happened to honesty and integrity. Both of those qualities are lost on this dealership!
