After getting a nail stuck in my tire, I went to Nissan for assistance. I had purchased 4 tires there a year ago. They had the same tires in stock now and replaced the damaged one on the spot. Very pleased with the quick service and minimal cost with warranty.

I think we all can agree when we have to take our vehicle to the shop because of a sound, wiggle, or smell it can be a very very stressful issue due to time and what’s going on already in life. I was stressed and surely didn’t know what to expect or how I would even get home, work, and basic life tasks. I have a 2020 Nissan Frontier and I absolutely love it. At the time of drop off a gentleman named Bindil handled the last minute situation I had. Not only did he handle the situation, I felt he took the stress I had as well with it. I was placed in a rental (that was covered) and was told to do what I needed to do. Bindi would keep close contact with me while my vehicle was being worked on and once again keeping me at ease so I could handle the thing we call “life”. I can’t stress enough if an issue with your Nissan pops up or you need to have preventative maintenance done to it go to Old Orchard Nissan and ask for Bindi in Service!

This location is awesome. I was traveling through the area and was told that they couldn't get me an appointment until Monday. I explained to the service manager that I work out of state and live out of state, and was only passing through, and only had time today because of the weather. They squeezed me in and had me out in no time. Definitely would return here if I lived in the area. Great job. 5 STARS

Don’t let the fake reviews fool you. Add ons- bait and switch you name it this sleezy place does it. They got me and my wife and wasted our time with the good old bait and switch.

I recently had a great experience at Old Orchard Nissan. I broke down nearby and had to be towed in. They got me up and running without an appointment within two days. Pricing was fair in my opinion. Thank you for all your help!

We were traveling through in a rental car when a horrible noise developed in right rear wheel that sounded like a wheel bearing failing. While HERTZ was absolutely no help, the service department at Old Orchard Nissan got us in and back on the road with gracious, prompt and friendly service. It was such a relief and so “above and beyond” for out-of-towners and so refreshing. What a great dealership with great people.

Came in to get my vehicle serviced with oil change and rotation. I was met outside first thing by Bindi. He started taking all my information before 7 o’clock in the morning so as soon as I pulled in, he was already ready for me. Everything went great he showed me all the things they did. Very happy, highly recommend
