Old Orchard Nissan

Delusional! Inquired about a car as an internet buyer they insisted that I drive 400 miles to come look at it with zero options to facilitate a remote purchase. If you want to purchase a car remotely don't waste your time with them Clueless.

I filled out an internet inquiry about a vehicle and never received back any information. Everybody that talked to at every level was rude and condescending. I tried to speak to TiM Mckay and was denied. I tried to share my experience with any namer and was told no, nobody is available. I was basically told to go kick rocks. I work in the car industry and have never experienced to level of disrespect ever. Dealerships spend so much money on customer service and making their store stand out. I can not believe that any ownership would endorse me being treated the way.

Worst dealership I have been to in years. Salesman tried to get us to buy add ons for a car that was clearly not maintained. He also referenced “putting a gun to our heads to make us buy the car.” Worst experience in years. I would never purchase a car from this dealer and I suggest no one does. Very un professional establishment.

Bindi, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful and kind - on a day when he was short-staffed in multiple departments. He went out of his way to make sure I had a great service experience, just as he has done on previous visits to the Old Orchard Nissan Service Department. I am consistently satisfied with the work completed and the customer service of this team, and my decision to buy from this dealership and utilize their service team is reassured each time I visit.

I was hearing loud roaring noise when I drove. I figured it was my brakes. I brought my car in for evaluation. My service person was a woman. I was very glad because you don't see that often. She was nice and professional. She stayed in contact every step of the way. It was my brakes and rotors. The estimate and the timing was on point. I will definitely be back and I will be requesting Linda.

The customer service is always top notch and I’ve never had a repair that wasn’t done with excellent care and attention. They pay incredible attention to detail and my vehicle has been running perfectly since. I will continue to use Old Orchard Nissan ALL of my service needs until my car is no longer salvageable and it costs more to repair than the car is worth! Thanks for continuing to do such incredible work for me!

I just wanted to get on here and give a major thank you to Mary in the service department. My family is having extreme financial issues, and even though I was past the mileage on my warranty, they still went the extra mile and helped me to get my car repairs covered. It ended up costing me $0.00. This means more to me then you could ever know, because it helps me realize that there is still good people out there. So yes thank you so much, guys.

I have been a satisfied customer for the past 9 years. I have had all of my service done for my 2016 Rogue at Old Orchard Nissan!

Bindi in Service was absolutely AWESOME!!! He assisted me with everything and was completely open with what was going on with my car and what I had to do. Ultimately I ended up needing a new CVT (under extended warranty) and provided a loaner. I would recommend Old Orchard Nissan for all of your needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
