James Chismark has just got me the perfect lease on a 2020 sportage. This is the fourth vehicle I have leased or bought with his help. He listens to your needs and gets the options you want. This time he also accommodated my schedule by getting everything taken care of without me sitting in dealership. Great experience👍🏼

great experience

My wife and I could not have asked for a better sales person than Arron Germann.every question was encouraged he told us to ask as many questions as we could think of.He asked us as many question as we asked him to make sure we would be happy with the vehicle we were purchasing.Brian Bragg in financing was very helpful and a joy to work with.

When we bought our new Optima, we were thrilled with the service we received. Now that we have a problem, they will not return our calls. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE, as they just don’t care once they have your name on the dotted line. I’ll go to J. D. Byrider before I EVER purchase another car from Taylor. Very disappointed.

I first off want to say your dealership was very outstanding, everyone was so respectful, and they talk to me professional and explained my purchase and how it all works. My salesman Bill needs a gold star for the very hard work he did. And Mel she was awesome and friendly and wanted to help me.too With respect and her professionalism was very good. I asked questions and was able to help me with the answers. The salesman even help me clean out my old car and help me get my stuff in my new car. Zero stars! Taylor kia service department failed to tell...

Zero stars! Taylor kia service department failed to tell us that our 2016 Kia Sedona, which has a GDI engine,which produces soot, caused sludge to form in our oil and then told us we were fine to drive it. Well, 24 hours after kia had our car (which was absolutely fine when I took it there, minus a transmission or muffler noise) it seized up and kia voided the warranty on our 2016 50,000 miles vehicle. So we had to replace the engine at "our expense" and kia said it's not their problem. After researching, they are famous for engine failure and blaming it on sludge, then voiding warranties. Will never ever buy another kia!
