If I could give Taylor Kia of Boardman a lower rating I...

If I could give Taylor Kia of Boardman a lower rating I would. We bought our Kia there in 2014. We would take it there because under warranty they would change oil, rotate tires, etc. We marked the tires one time, and even though on the invoice it said they rotated tires, the tires definitely were not rotated. There was an engine recall, which we took to get checked, they said my engine was fine. Last week driving on a highway, all the lights came on and my car decelerated. Luckily I was able to pull over right away, as soon as I noticed. My husband called Taylor Kia of Boardman, no answer, he left several messages and no call back still. In the meantime he called Taylor Kia in Hermitage, Spoke with Jerry, had us bring the car in and my engine did fail......the reason for the recall. The Kia dealership in Hermitage, PA has been very helpful and accommodating. That being said I do not think I would ever buy a Kia again, especially not from Boardman.

My wife and I were working with Bill Burns in the process...

My wife and I were working with Bill Burns in the process of buying a Kia Forte5 SX. Bill asked that I confirm we wanted the car before he ran a credit report for financing as any hard inquiry will lower your score. I said absolutely. It was towards the end of the day, so I called the next day to continue the purchase process. I called several times, not able to reach a person. Finally through to someone, I was told Bill was off for the day, however financing can answer the question I had so they transferred me. I was then disconnected. Discouraged, I decided to wait until Bill was back the following day since he was handling our sale. I called a few more times and got through to Bill, only to be told that someone had sold our car the previous day while he was off. Agreeing to a credit report typically means a dealership with place a car on hold with sale pending. Apparently not the situation with Taylor Kia of Boardman.

Buying a car can be very stressful for the most part. But after my expierience at Taylor Kia with April I will never worry about buying a car again. She was very polite, fun, and truthful. She made everything stress free and I would recommend Taylor Kia, especially April, to anyone looking for an honest easy going expierience to buy form them. Thanks April!!

My family and I went to Taylor Kia this afternoon to look...

My family and I went to Taylor Kia this afternoon to look into purchasing a new car, to get out of a lease. We had the BEST salesman, Ridge. Not only did we come home with a new Optima, we came home with a new Sorento as well. Ridge went above and beyond to help us. We were not sure we could get out of our leases, with over a year remaining on both of the vehicles, they worked their magic and lowered our payments. Lots of options with Taylor Kia. The concerns for the safety and health of others, the cleanliness of the dealership, beyond impressed with the entire process. Thank you Ridge, and the entire staff. Stay safe everyone.
