I have always received great service. One thing I appreciate is a heads up when a part may need to be replaced, maybe not right away, but I am aware of it and I can plan for it-especially if it is an expensive part or rear and I appreciate that.

Worst service I’ve ever had in my life
Took the car there for a visual inspection because the engine was making noise they said nothing was wrong with it 1500 miles later my engine is blown the car is been there going on six days and they still haven’t sent any paperwork to the warranty company they did not give me a loaner vehicle I asked for a copy of the inspection for the engine noise and I was told they did a visual inspection I don’t even know what that is every time I take my car to a shop to get inspected I get a list of things that’s good and bad.

GAP insurance fraud
Purchased a new 2016 Kia Rio. At time pf purchase, I also purchased GAP insurance for my new car. A year and 1/2 later, the car was hit by a semi truck and was a total loss. The insurance company of the at fault driver was quick to pay the current book value of the car. The rest was supposed to be covered by GAP insurance. What followed was 5 months of jumping through hoops followed by lies & excuses from the GAP insurance co & the dealership. After following all the instructions and sending all necessary required paperwork, my GAP claim is now denied and the GAP insurance sent a letter stating that they did not recieve paperwork that was sent to them multiple times within the 90 day limit so they now have declared themselves and the dealer relieved of is obligations in a blatant attempt to deny payment of a legitimate claim. This dealer sells bogus insurance policies and is not to be trusted. Warning, do no buy a car from them and if you do, make sure it is not a new car that requires GAP insurance. Horribly dishonest people. Lawsuit in this case is filed & pending.
