Great customer service

Cade Morehouse was great with answers to all my questions and info about the purchasing process. The car was detailed and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up.

Purchased a 2004 Nissan Frontier showing only 92,000

Purchased a 2004 Nissan Frontier showing only 92,000 miles on it. It was advertised for 8900.00 but turned out to be 10,000 so financing was then required. Have had the truck less than 6 months and have had to replace the starter, the radiator, the clutch, the passenger side power window motor, and refill the freon for the a/c. Additionally discovered there is no key entry on the passenger side door. A total of 1200.00 in repairs. I bought from a dealer because they are suppose to be more trustworthy than a stranger off of Craigslist or Offer Up. In this case - not really. Wint be returning to this dealership.

I was very happy with my purchase.

I had a great experience with Auto Nation. They were very professional and treated me with the utmost courtesy. I purchased a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with low miles and in great condition.

Great teamwork

Great experience from the front end staff members all the way up through upper management and the general manager. Adam was my sales person who did a wonderful job from beginning to end, had an issue which I had to work on with Joel a Sales Manager for the Avondale store who made sure everything was made right and my experience was a positive one. thanks to all involved we now have a wonderful family car for years to come. Would not hesitate to recommend Avondale Auto Nation to family and friends.

Great dealership

Gavin, our sales associate was amazing! Answered all our questions with knowledge. Never any pressure to buy, let us go over the vehicle with and fine toothed comb and gave space to me and my wife to speak privately. Nicole in finance could not have been anymore pleasant. She went over all docs, never tried to upsell us on anything and was efficient to the end. And to top it all off, they filled my fuel tank and did a great job in washing/detailing the vehicle. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle when the time comes!!!

Bad service. Don't recommend.

HORRIBLE experience. I do not recommend anyone to waste their money and time here. They never answer the customer service phones. The only way to talk to them is by going in person. The manager will tell you anything to convince you to buy a car. My car had transmission issues 3 weeks after buying it. They pushed me away when I let them. I had to pay a deductible to get my car repaired after I was left without a car for 1 week without any kind of communication from anyone. They deal with third party claims department, corporate, and repair shops. It's a MESS!!
