Friendly and fair
Very much enjoyed my experience! Not too many times has buying a car been fun, at least during the paperwork phase. Autonation of Avondale may be a smaller dealer but their people are giants!

I wish that we can give 0 stars, this place was T E R R I B L E ! For starters, after putting down 3.5k we were repeatedly lied to and avoided by sales rep Brandon Harris saying the car was being inspected although they had never looked at it yet. We were told to be ‘patient’ and that were ‘anxious’ when just asking about a realistic timeline incase we had to make arrangements while the vehicle was being reviewed. Brandon just didn’t care and repeatedly let us know how he had other people to assist but Never had time to assist us. Lastly, after waiting TWO WEEKS to drive the car off the lot, the engine light came on the next day!! Mind you when asking our sales rep what the hold was for, We were never informed of any major work needed or found during the inspection or even what “parts” they were waiting for that made the wait so long. They just took our money and left us in the dark. We called 4 days straight still getting avoided by Brandon and those at the front desk then when finally reaching out they couldn’t do anything for us. We were sold a lemon !! Over 1k worth of work within days of leaving the lot. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am beyond mad and just disappointed in the lack customer care.

Car damaged and the carfax and the dealer finance and sales told me there was no damage, no accidents. Not true.

Got the vehicle we wanted, but it needed aome repairs.
Got the vehicle we wanted, but it needed aome repairs. Someone was supposed to contact us to schedule it. Called them 3 weeks later and was told salesperson was off and would have him call us. Now over 4 weeks later and still nothing. They got the sale and now they don't give a crap about us. Ok, then we don't either. Careful how you treat customers after the sale.
