New car buyer

Everything was fine until I got home and found out the front passenger seat had a rip in it. I'm still waiting to hear how and when my car seat will be replaced. We are not happy !!!!

Excellent the complete experience was great. The best truck buying experience I have had. Told the salesman what I wanted and a few hours later he found the F 250 I wanted the next afternoon it was clean and ready to go. Salesman explained all the many functions, filled the tank and I was gone. The Finance mgr was also super no pressure. I would buy my next vehicle from Philphot Ford. Thank you
