It was not my first rodeo with Philpot! They always do first class top notch work! I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday afternoon around 3 and Sharon Thomas in the service department called me around 4:30 and told me the problem and gave me the price to fix it just like I requested. I gave them the green light for the work and it was repaired and back in my driveway at 11:00 the next morning!! Always helpful and friendly service at Philpot Ford, definitely will be back, maybe to get a new truck when the time comes!!

My wife and I walked into our Ford truck dealership of choice where there were three salesmen in cubicles who looked to be doing paperwork. I just asked loud enough for all three to hear, "Who wants to sell a truck today?". I was answered in less than a second by what would be known later as one of the most pleasant and accommodating salesmen we have ever encountered. Some talking, some driving and some texting later produced the sale we could live with and the truck of our daughter's dreams, a King Ranch F150 FX-4. Keep up the great work Ford and keep finding those great people to make a deal with!

Adam and I had spoken on the phone a couple of times and I had visited a couple of other dealerships. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted before visiting Philpott. Adam had exactly what I needed and gave me a price that I definitely could live with. Previous experiences with the F and I guy had never been pleasant in the past but this time was totally different. Doing the purchase paperwork took no more than 20 or 30 minutes and we were out of there. Adam was very patient and thorough going through the features of the truck with us before we left. We made one trip to Houston and one to the beach. Both were completely enjoyable trip. Comfortable and quiet. Three things that make me completely satisfied with this deal are; The right vehicle, a great salesman, and a great dealership.
