We very recently bought a Jeep from Philpott Ford. We only drove the vehicle three or four times before a major issues started to arise. While the warranty we purchased fixed one issue, it did not cover the others. These issues should of been fixed before the vehicle was ever listed of sale. If a thorough inspection would been done on the vehicle while in their ownership, the issue would of been spotted and fixed. Or at least disclosed at the time of sale and at a lower price. This issue put the driver in an unsafe situation and could of been completely avoided if the dealership sold a trustworthy product. When reaching out for them to fix the problem we have been met with hostility and the refusal to make things right. We are very disappointed in our experience when dealing with Philpott. We decided to take our business elsewhere when shopping for vehicles in the future. We are advising others about the dishonest business practice.

I noticed antifreeze leaking from my wifes Explorer, turned out it was the water pump leaking. An appointment was made with Stacy Moffitt. I dropped the Explorer off at appointment time. Since I have an extended warranty and my vehicle was going to be in the shop longer than 24 hours I was supplied with a rental. Water pump was replaced. I was well pleased.

Buyer beware
Purchased a truck in January and transmission went out in April. Buyer beware . No help whatsoever from this dealership at all . Shop elsewhere.

Left my 2008 gt500 for repair February 2nd 2021
My Shelby 2008 gt500 has been with this dealership since February 2nd 2021 and is still there. The service manager has had every excuse why they can't repair my car. When he tells me it is being worked on I find it sitting in their in the same spot outside in the weather with nothing being done. Two and a half months.

I get there early, so my oil change was pretty quick....
I get there early, so my oil change was pretty quick. This is my 3rd F150 I've bought from Philpott. Never had an issue with the service.
