Very Satisfied.

Philpott Service

My truck had been driven through some high water during "Harvey" I had ask the service staff to check everything out because I was planning a lengthy road trip. My King Ranch Ford is four wheel drive and sure enough they found water in the transfer case, flushed it out refilled it, serviced the rest of the truck and had me on my way in very short order. Service is fast,honest and dependable I will not let anyone else touch my truck.

Car Repair

I took my car in on a Saturday to be serviced after Storm Harvey; I needed a wheel bearing. The Service Department was only open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and they were really backed up that morning. They did not turn me away, and evaluated & fixed my car. I am really grateful for the excellent service I received at Philpott Ford!!!!! My car is running smooth like new again!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!

Great Experience

I called ahead about a vehicle on their website, and negotiated a deal over the phone. When I arrived, there was no pressure to change the deal. Your Salesman by the name of Kendall did a great job of writing up the deal, handling my trade-in, and explaining the warranties. He took me for a test drive of my new vehicle to explain all the features and how they worked. He even took the time to show me how to link a phone to my truck, and then linked my phone, which was a concern I had since I am not a high tech individual. He then turned me over to Todd in your finance department, who quickly processed my purchase of the truck. It is great to go to a dealer, not be badgered to pay more for the truck or accessories you don't need. They sold me the truck I wanted, gave me a good deal on the new truck and gave me a good price for my trade in. This is a great dealer.
