This is second time that I purchased a car from Patrick. The first time was in 2011, the salesperson was Hector. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when i purchased my Buick Verano, it was an easy choice for me when I wanted a SUV in 2015. I sought out Hector to help me to find my GMC Terrain. I have to say that again completely happy with choice of vehicles as well as salesperson.

They go the extra mile, I love that they aren't trying to nickel and dime you on every visit which in turns makes me more willing to spend money or maybe add accessories because it now feels affordable to me. I bought a new Silverado from another dealership because I liked the Silverado look and the deal was really good, but I will have it worked on and serviced by Patrick because of the way they treat me and their effort and desire to be the best.

We received great service from the part's person, Rick and customer service person, Mario. We had a new remote starter put into our 2012 GMC Terrain. After checking with another dealership in our area Rick gave us 2 choices for the replacement key fobs we needed in order to get the remote starter installed. The first dealer gave us only one and even that varied in price by $50.00. Once the parts came in Mario got us in quickly and arrange for our son-in-law to be taken to his place of employment after dropping the car off for us. We also opted to get our annual doll-up done the same day. The interior and exterior were like brand-new when we picked it up and Mario gave us a coupon savings off on the doll-up which we failed to find. I plan on traveling the 30 miles to their location rather than the closer dealership.

Patrick has done everything since I purchased my vehicle six years ago. Their staff is very responsive and I have full confidence they only perform repairs and maintenance that is needed. They are reliable with their time estimates and keep me informed. Oh, and the donuts are a nice touch.

The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. Our salesperson, Clint, treated us as a customer and not merely a buyer. The price was fair and everyone did a wonderful job taking us through the entire process.

We recently purchased a 2016 GMC Acadia Denali.. We have been customers of Patrick for nearly 30 years. This is the 5th vehicle we purchased here. Every time has been a positive experience. The sales staff were informative and helpful. Our interactions with everyone else were great. All our questions were answered and appropriate options discussed. We were able to make an intelligent choice and get the vehicle that matched our needs. Once we had decided the remainder of the process went smoothly and on the schedule we needed. Everyone made sure we new what needed to be done and took great pains to perform professionally and courteously.

Went to Patrick to look at a new Buick. Liked one on showroom floor., talked to salesman I was just looking but couldn't do anything at that time as my current lease didn't run out for another 7 mos. Salesman called me a couple days later saying he presented my situation to his boss and told me what they would do for me. I was impressed and leased a new Buick from Patrick. I was also very impressed with their facility and especially their service area (tiled flooring, very neat and clean). would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

When my old lease was about to expire I went to Patrick's to lease a new vehicle. I test drove a GMC Terrain and found it to be the vehicle I wanted. After going over all the extra's I wanted included they didn't have exactly what I wanted. They searched the nearest States and found one exactly the color and all the options I wanted. It was located in Pennsylvania and dispatched a driver to go pick it up. I don't know of any other Auto dealer in the area hat would go the extra mile to get the vehicle the buyer wanted.
