I have yet to have a bad experience at Patrick GMC

I have yet to have a bad experience at Patrick GMC. Jeff Palm made it very easy for me to get in and out without a long wait time. I work quite a distance from the dealership so I'm usually the first appointment in the morning. I love the kindness, ease and understanding given each time I have to have my car serviced. Envision purchase

I could not be more pleased with the treatment I received at Patrick. This was my third purchase/lease from this dealership and I have found each transition to a new vehicle to be easy and efficient. My interactions with everyone from the GM to the Sales Manager to the Salesperson (Mark Houser) were professional, courteous, and customer focused. This time I leased a vehicle that was not even on the market when I first contacted Patrick. As I described what I was looking for, they told me about the Envision which would be out in a couple months. As soon as it arrived I was contacted and was driving it within a week. I will definitely continue to obtain my vehicles from Patrick!

After weeks of searching and visiting many dealerships I found my vehicle. Thanks to Bob Gordon I have my first GMC SUV. He met all requirements I was looking for. Although starting out with hopes of a red vehicle, I purchased a sapphire blue. I've learned to love the color as much as my vehicle! Above and Beyond

Bought our Encore from Mike P. He was very personable and extremely patient. On the day of pick up, he spent over an hour going over the car with all its features including OnStar and BlueTooth. Mike even gave us his personal phone number in case we needed to reach him - outstanding! After a couple weeks, we attended the new car seminar which was really interesting and informative.
