Great service department

My visit was for a PM ( oil change etc.). I was met immediately by Jeff and he asked if I had any other concerns and I told him that the left rear air indicator was showing low pressure but was not low. He said that he would have it checked out. I was in and out little over an hour. Great service department.

I am so impressed by the professionalism that is evident in every aspect of your service. The service was on time, quick, comprehensive, and informational. Patrick Buick GMC is always putting people first!!

Patrick Buick GMC service department is awesome. I realized my inspection was past due So I showed up to the dealership without an appointment on my lunch brake and they accommodated me and got me in and out with enough time for me to eat and go back to work! Now that's excellent service.

Best Dealership ever!!!

Denis, who helped me out at Patrick dealership in Rochester NY was very nice and satisfied at his job. He gave us all information we need and gave us reasonable price on my truck I bought. Also, explain well even my language is ESL. Thank you GMC and I will purchase next GMC vehicle at Patrick DS after my leasing is done.

Great service department

I went to the dealership for an oil change and other recommended maint. needs at the present milege. The work was performed within an acceptable time frame and I also made an appointment for follow-up service that I had asked them to check out. Mario did a great job in getting everything scheduled or my next visit.

Best dealership I ever worked with.

Service is the number one reason people return as customers. Every time I call, visit or have my car serviced, I am greeted in a friendly manor, service listens to all my issues and offers solutions. If I'm in a time crunch, I can't expect service to make me a priority but they certainly go out of their way help. This is the first time ever I had a dealership I feel really feel comfortable with. You lost me in at the end

I visited Patrick to check out a specific vehicle they had up on cars.com. The salesman was helpful and friendly and pointed out that Patrick would probably offer more for my older model car I was trading in. He told me Patrick sells them on their lot instead of sending them to auction like most other dealers. That sounded great. Well, everything went fine right up until we started to discuss a deal. I hadn?t completely decided that this was the car for me, because I was looking at other possibilities. I was hoping to get a trade in value for my car and then go home to think over which one I would buy. I felt like I was on the defensive as soon as we started to talk. They wanted me to name a price I?d take for my trade-in and sign an agreement to buy before they would even look at my car. Now, I?m not an expert on valuating cars and earlier the salesman led me to believe I would probably get the best trade offer from Patrick. They wouldn?t even take a quick look and give me a range of prices it might fall within unless I signed an agreement to buy. It was clear that they weren?t interested in earning my loyalty, only in taking advantage of my inexperience. It felt like I was caught in a high pressure sale where I had no opportunity to negotiate. I walked away and won?t be back. Too bad, we probably could have struck a deal. If their trade offer had been too low, I would have tried to sell it on my own. I just wanted to know what they would offer so I could make that decision.
