Great Service

terrific experience

drove 3 hours to Patrick GMC as they had the truck I wanted. Transaction was seamless and a very good deal. Treated the best!! I highly recommend this dealership & salesman Eric Whitlatch

Putting People First really means something here

I would like to put it out there if you want to be treated really well at a car dealership I suggest going here. Beautiful Facility, @ 800 choices, eager to earn your business. Willing to do what it takes to close the deal...well worth a 2 hour ( or more ) drive.

Recall

There is not much to say. I went in for a recall and the work was done in about 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have no complaints.

Visit to the service Department

I was scheduled for an oil change and was told that i also needed to change the cabin air filter because it ws really really bad. I told them to go ahead and change it. I was thankful that it was noticed at thattime. My appointment was at 9:30 and I was out before 10:30. I had a great experience during this visit..

Superieor sevice and staff

Patrick Buick and GMC perform excellent work and are always highly professional to engage with. I am very happy with the support I receive from Patrick so much so that even if i can't find the type of GM product on the lot at the dealership I will be sure to return to have any future vehicle services b/c i know and trust the team I've come to respect over the last 10 years servicing initially two of my vehicles to my GM Envoy over the last 7 years individually. My New Encore!

Initially I had requested a quote on line for the Encore and was directed to a salesperson I should contact. I happened to be in the area and decided to stop into Patrick. I was very pleased to have been introduced to Hector Vega ( he was not the initial contact person to whom I was directed..)at Patrick Dealership. I had researched several cars and the Buick Encore with the features I liked was at your dealership. I drove it once and took a few days to decide. When I returned Hector was thorough and explained everything I asked. He really knows your product! Hector is the type of person you want at your facility. He is personable, friendly, not at all a high pressure salesman. He knows the decision is ultimately up to the buyer and allowed me to get to my decision on my own whether is was the Encore or not. I appreciate that he was interested in other cars I was looking into but did not say anything negative about my other choices, just pointed out what was so good about the Encore. I will recommend Hector to friends or folks I know who are looking at cars. I hope to continue this positive relationship with your dealership for many years. Laurel K. Newton

Great Service!

My pickup had sustained damage to the rear bumper, as a result of a hit-and-run accident. I brought my 2005 Chevy Silverado to the Patrick Collision Center on March 18, 2014. I was immediately welcomed at the service desk by Mark and Rachel, and by Dale Castle, the Geico Insurance Rep. Shortly after, Lindsay, from Enterprise, gave me the keys to a rental car. At 4:30 pm that same day I returned the rental vehicle and drove my pickup home with a brand new bumper! Everyone involved was very courteous and professional, making this a very pleasant experience!

Patrick's Service Department is Great!

I brought in my 2001 Chevy Lumina because the dashboard brake light stayed on, it also was leaking coolant, I needed the NYS inspection and wanted an oil change. Mario was extremely helpful. He got me checked in, called me with an estimate and eta, and then let me know when the work was done (for slightly less money than estimated). I was unable to pick it up that day, so was allowed to leave it there overnight for no extra charge. When I came in to pick it up, Mario recognized me right away, pulled the paperwork, and explained everything that was done. He also pointed out that, according to the mechanic, the engine was in great shape and should last me quite awhile. As for the problems I brought it in for, the intake manifold gasket was leaking and the master brake cylinder needed fluid. It was more expensive than I expected when I brought it in, but having been a customer of your service department in the past, I knew that the work would be high quality.

Great Service

I brought my Vibe in for an oil change and tire rotation. When the tires were rotated, your mechanics found my front brakes needed replacing. I thought I had replaced my front brakes, but had replaced the back brakes. It is good to know Patrick's is watching out for my safety. It is good to have a service representative like Steve Gordon whom I can trust.
