THEY WRECKED MY NEW CAR
Service Dept. WRECKED MY NEW CAR. Took my new 2021, 5k miles, Camaro to Castle Rock Chevrolet Buick GMC (Foundation Auto) for it’s first oil change. Their Grease xxxxxx did $4k+ (ouch) in body damage by not putting the car on the lift properly and then tried to cover it up. Turns out G xxxxxx had only been there 1 week and didn't know how to lift a car made with pinch welds like most cars are. I showed the damage to Service Rep Tim. He took photos of damage and specifically stated, "I see how it happened. No denying, we are at fault". When I asked who their insurance carrier was they 'lawyered up' and severed all communications leaving me no choice but to make an insurance claim with my carrier and leaving me on the hook for $500 deduct, UBERs, car rental, loss of use, time and mileage to body shop, and a bad CarFax report which diminishes the car value by about $4k. Fast forward 3 months. Parts have arrived and the car is in a body shop for an expected 6 week repair stay. My insurance carrier is going after Foundation to recover their loss and my deductible. Their GM is well aware of the situation but never heard from Foundation again.

I would give zero stars to Medved. Tried to get me to...
I would give zero stars to Medved. Tried to get me to make my company rent a car rather than get my very common tires in within 2 days. Took my car away and went to Goodyear, who had this very common tire in stock. Couldn’t get management to call and talk to me about my bad experience. Will never never never never do business there again.

I inquired with Seth Morris at this dealer about a new truck and was advised that they are marking all of their vehicles up $4000 above MRSP. Needless to say I will not be purchasing from a despicable dealer that would take advantage of their customers like that.

Looking for a Corvette
I live in California and even though at first I had to deal with Makayla and Parm over the phone it was easy and they helped me get what I wanted. I flew into Denver and Makayla was nice enough to drive up to Denver and pick me up and bring me down to Castle Rock. They made everything easy to deal with and going though the process of purchasing my Corvette. They even ordered some extra options parts for me and had them shipped to dealership in time for when I picked up my car. Everyone was great to me, Makayla, Parm and Arnold. They made the whole experience nice and quick, so I could get down to Fort Carson to see my son when he returned from Kuwait. Thank you all very much.

Wouldn't go back after working with Austen and Chad. Both...
Wouldn't go back after working with Austen and Chad. Both were arrogant and unwilling to help at all. I was also horrified that Chad, a manager, approached us with a dip of chew in... absolutely gross! They tried to take me for a fool and thought I couldn't do basic math. Avoid this place like the plague

This was my first big car purchase, and my first purchase...
This was my first big car purchase, and my first purchase at a reputable dealership. Seth was so incredibly understanding of my hesitancy in making such a big purchase. On top of that, he was never pushy or "sales-y". In fact, it was like hanging with a friend. If you want to laugh and actually enjoy the car buying process, Seth and the whole team at Castle Rock Chevrolet are your people! They made the whole process a breeze with friendliness and comfortability.

Fantastic dealership Billy Voyles is a fantastic Salesman, not only was he patient but he is all about putting the customer first. Thank you Billy Voyles for getting my dream truck at the right price. Billy Voyles also has helped me with getting my interlock swaped out of my truck in to the new truck i purchased. It is really hard to find a dealership that actually cares about the customer wants and needs. Billy Voyles and his sales manager went above and behind for me and i will be going back to them for the rest of my vehicle i purchase in the furture.
