Found a desk area with electrical outlet the chairs were

Found a desk area with electrical outlet the chairs were kind of old and banged up, and it was kind of in the vending area. Wi-Fi was good for working, but the coffee area was all out of packets for coffee. Good service and they got me out quickly through the process for an oil change the first one on my vehicle and the first service at that location. It was good the The cut customer service was good

I reached out to Castle Rock Chevrolet from Montana, still stuck in a terrible situation from a previous deal I got through Mike Maroone Chevrolet. I was deeply upside down on my trade — it was a deal that should have never been approved. I honestly didn’t think I had any good options left… until I got connected with Kyi. Kyi completely turned things around. He took the time to understand where I was coming from, explained everything clearly, and gave me honest, straightforward options without any pressure. He treated me like a real person, not just a number. In the end, I was able to get into a 2017 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury — and for the first time in a while, the numbers actually made sense. What really impressed me is that we were able to do the whole deal remotely, without ever stepping foot in the dealership. Kyi made the process incredibly easy — he kept me updated constantly and handled everything with total professionalism. It was by far the easiest and most respectful car-buying experience I’ve had. Big thanks also to Luke, the desk manager, who worked behind the scenes to get the numbers right. He took a challenging situation and somehow made it work, and it was obvious he genuinely wanted to help. Between Kyi and Luke, the team at Castle Rock Chevrolet blew me away. Kyi at Castle Rock Chevrolet is the best in the business. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came to Castle Rock Chevrolet from Montana carrying the weight of a terrible deal I’d been locked into by Mike Maroone Chevrolet. I was horribly upside down on my previous vehicle, thanks to a deal that should never have been approved in the first place. It felt hopeless… until I connected with Kyi. Kyi didn’t just help — he changed everything. He took the time to understand my situation, walked me through every option with honesty and clarity, and treated me like a person, not a number. Thanks to his determination, professionalism, and integrity, I am now driving a 2017 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury — a vehicle I absolutely love, and a deal that finally makes sense for me and my family. What makes this even more impressive is that we did the entire deal remotely from Montana.
