My truck is a 2009 Chevy Colorado and it has only been serviced at Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC since its purchase at a dealership in Denver. Everything was seamless.
Everything was seamless. Went in for an oil change and wasn't really looking for a car. A Yukon XL Denali caught my eye - Scott and Parm jumped in and we worked out a killer deal fast. I was in and out in less than 3 hours and never felt pressured or uncomfortable with the process. This is how buying a car should be. They made us feel like family. We will be continuing to shop for personal and business vehicles with Castle Rock Chevrolet for as long as they are around. They always get the best truck/suv inventory on their lot out of any dealer around. If you are in the market for a Chevy or GMC don’t even hesitate and make the drive to see these guys.

Smooth experience start to finish!
I've been shopping for a car for over a month and this dealership was the first one to make the whole experience as easy (as I had previously thought) as it should be. I came in w no appointment and was immediately helped. Test drove the car I had come to check out. Car was in BETTER condition than I expected based on the low price (for the market). When it came to payment my salesman/management weren't pushy about add ons or anything we had discussed. As a woman I also appreciated that they spoke w and dealt w me vs deferring to my boyfriend who came along. In the end I was extremely pleased w the outcome and the interaction in its entirety. I definitely recommend Castle rock Chevy to others in the market.

Please don't fall for the 4.5 stars like I did, There's a lot of good people that work there. BUT you have to watch for the shady deals ! Making you purchase Lo Jack and Warranty Solutions (Paint sealant and fabric protection) $800,00, And the detail condition of the truck was terrible. customers BEWARE !

Poor Service
I made an appointment ( on line)to have oil changed, a tire repaired, tires rotated and a tire pressure sensor replaced. It was scheduled for 4pm. The service writer said all would take about 1 1/2 hours. 2 3/4 hours later (6:45) They said it was done. The service writer said that ?the battery must have worn out? on the pressure sensor in the Other tire. And they hadn?t replaced the other one. They also ? forgot? to rotate my tires. As I was pulling out, I looked at the ?oil life? display on my dah and they ?forgot? to reset that too. The next morning, I noticed there were two puddles of oil on my garage floor. I crawled underneath and discovered that there was so much oil leaked onto the cross member that it was dripping off both ends. Prior to this my truck had never dripped a drop of oil.
