I just bought a new Chevy Traverse from Castle Rock Chevy GMC. Cesar Rincon was the salesman that I worked with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and never did I feel pressured to buy. I worked with Tony Williams on the financing and he also was great to work with. Then, Rogan Taylor went over all the details of how to program and work with operating my new car. The entire sales team were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend Castle Rock Chevy GM to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC , is hands down the best Dealership on the front range of Colorado. I was trading a vehicle in and trying to buy at first a used vehicle. All the other Dealerships came close but not good enough. Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC , treated me with respect on my journey to purchase a vehicle. I’m terribly meticulous when it comes down to my vehicles. I spent 3 days with Bill Desautels and the entire dealership team. I did apologize for being so needy. But in the end the entire Castle Rock Dealership helped me with my tough trade in and the purchase of my new Denali 1500. I couldn’t be happier. Bill made the car buying experience unlike any previous experience I've had. I usually equate my car buying experience at a dealership similar to how I feel getting a root canal. Bill was 180 degrees from that. It was comfortable purchasing from him. Also, the finance mgr., Tony, was also great to work with. I was ready to do battle on the interest rate, and that didn't happen. He also didn't put on the "full court press" to purchase additional packages. He did explain them to me, but I declined. This was THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had. I appreciate the staff and their professionalism. Kudos.
