Bought a new corvette from this dealer several weeks ago,
Bought a new corvette from this dealer several weeks ago, with the agreement that the dealer " add ons " would be taken off the price and not included. During the finance process, I noticed the Lo Jack charge still on there, asked him to remove it, which he did, but then sneakily put another charge under another description on. I did not catch this until after I closed on the car, the next day. I called and spoke to the GM, Parma, and he agreed that it should have not been on there and charged. He informed me that he would mail out a check to reimburse me for that charge. Several weeks now, and no check. I will have to file a dealer complaint with the state and hope to get my money back. If not, I have to hire an attorney. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AT CASTLE ROCK CHEVROLET. SALES PERSON WAS FINE, BUT THE GM AND FINANCE GUY WILL TRICK YOU, AND STEAL YOUR MONEY.

They did a real good job on the service.
They did a real good job on the service. They did it in a timely manner while I waited. I gave 4 stars because I called one day at about 10:00 am and got the service department voice mail. They never returned my call. Had to call again the next day.
