Excellent customer service from every one in this

i had an excellent experience at this dealership. The employees including the General Manager Brent adams were very helpful and made me feel like family. I would recommend this dealership to any one!!!

install battery and make a new key took 1 week

took my 2001 truck for service - it took them a week to replace the battery and make a new key - only heard from them twice during this 7 day cluster.... - will NEVER go back - it is no longer Crowne Ford - those guys were the best!!!!

Switch and bait

If you needed a kidney transplant and the surgeon instead replaced your liver, would that be okay with you? That’s what you can expect at Wyatt Johnson. I had a technician ride in my Lincoln to confirm problem diagnosis. I paid hundreds to replace something that was not broken and in the end got my car back with the same problem, not repaired. After return visit and review with the “management,” they acknowledged that they could not identify the actual problem yet defended the unnecessary repair. They offered me a free tank of gas as compensation. After years of service visits to this location, I’m going to a real Lincoln dealer instead.

Go somewhere else

Do not go here for repairs. They kept my van for 10 days. No repairs were made. Their diagnostic fee cost me $270. I called them 8 times over a week only to get two phone calls returned. Service person had no information about what was happening in the shop. I'm not sure they even looked at my van. I feel robbed.

Highly DISAPPOINTED in the customer service at Wyatt Johnson Ford! I recently had my BMW in for a rear end collision repair, while it was there I asked if they could replace the headlight that was out. They said sure! Less than two weeks after I got the car back, an emergency light came on that said My lights were out. I took it to BMW they told me the cap had not been put back on the headlight enclosure, moisture had gotten in it and shorted out the system, it cost me $3500 in addition to the almost $200 I paid WJF to repair the light. I have made several phone calls asking them to take responsibility they just keep passing me around to other people, the common theme I have heard is, "I don't know anything about BMWs". This is CRYSTAL CLEAR to me, I wish you would have told me this before you told me you could change the headlight, I would have had it done right in the first place.

New car lot terrible used car salesmen

The sales team lead by Chris is worst then then small used car lots. Chris does not appear to know how to handle a bad deal on there part. David Lee the Gen. manager can’t give you a call after leaving a message a day. Please if all is possible go to another Fodealer ship is the worst new car sales I have he ever expe lead by David Lee

These folks need to have more experienced people to answer questions about trucks seems like this dealership is no better than the Crown Ford dealership that was there before

Unhappy with service

Purchased a used truck less than a month ago from Wyatt Johnson Ford, this truck has been in the shop more than I have driven it. Front end suspension messed up told they were two days behind by Ashley, it has been 8 working days, told they had to order two belts still without a vehicle. I have talked to Tim, Ron and Charlie in the service dept. I am very unhappy with this experience. Maybe they should buy the truck back
