Was shopping for a new truck

Mark Bice was our sales person and he was great at what he did. He made us feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions. He did not rush us. Our experience with his was by far the best and would buy my next vehicle from him.

Had a very bad experience, for 3 hours.

First I wanted to say this would have been my third vehicle purchured there but everything went wrong. First the sales lady we had was very nice but she had only been there for only 3.weeks.when she finished the paper work she said they could not find a bank to finance it for 84 mos. I did not know that,then she told us to come in the office where this man sat and he was the yes man, but we got a no. Actually, he wanted us to put down 6500.00 or our notes would be 600 a month. Screw this ill just keep the vehicle that I already had. I think we were mislead, and also we had a discount from ford to put down,so I will just mark this one up for a bad 3 hour experience. Won't be back there.

Do not lease from them!!

Do not buy a car from here! I did a few months ago when it was Crown Ford and it was the worst experience. They made me feel like I was getting features that were not there. I realized this 20 minutes after driving off the lot and called immediately. The guy I bought it from said it was probably something with the settings and he would have the tech guys call me back. When they called they told me my car did not have those features and wasn't sure why he said they did. I called to complain and no one would take responsibility. They went as far to make me feel really stupid and uneducated. I came to them trusting them to fully disclose everything and give me the features I asked for. NEVER BUY OR LEASE FROM THEM!

Service Review

Have had my vehicles serviced at Crown Ford for quite a few years. Last two vehicles we bought at Crown Ford. Have had great service on the buying end from Bobby Ross. Every service manager that I have dealt with has been friendly and professional. I especially enjoy dealing with Randy Tant in the service department. He has always been friendly, courteous and professional.

Ask for Jason

I had a gentlemen by the name of Jason Rote help me. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the different vehicles within my budget. He really helped me feel good about my decision. Jason was honest and up front about everything, and when buying a car what else could you ask for. He was very personable and I enjoyed the whole experience. The manager was great too.
